Happy Birthday Kaitlyn

We could only spend way too short of a time at Rhea's birthday party, since we also attended Kaitlyn's.  There were a bunch of outdoor activities for the kids and really good food.

Brooke and Micah threw a party for Rhea for her first birthday.

There were plenty of balloons for Molly to play with.

Counting

Still Loving the Park

It was a nice sunny day, so Colleen, Molly, and Megan went for a walk.

Before Uncle Pete left, he gave these presents to the girls. They love them!

After we got back from Traverse City, my uncle was in town from Arizona.

Bizzy was still here as well.  We went to dinner at Buddy's Pizza before they were to drive out to New Jersey for more family time.

Karen and Ken's Wedding

Karen and Ken got married on Saturday and we were along for the ride.  It was a great weekend in Traverse City.

I think Megan overslept on the drive up, since she had trouble falling asleep for the babysitters (Dave, Sally, Gigi) while we were at the rehearsal.  Sorry guys!

The wedding was great and Karen and Ken were beaming.  Congrats to the happy couple.

The pictures I have are mostly from the rehearsal since on the wedding day, I was chasing the kids around the hall.

I would like to give a special thanks to Dave and Sally for their hospitality and generosity.  The stay at Hotel Dally was luxurious. 

Family

My cousin and her son flew in from New Jersey to visit with the family.  We also celebrated my mom's birthday with a little BBQ. 

Molly and AJ got along really well.

Toni

I wish we could have snapped a picture of Toni and Megan, but it seems she slept through the entire visit (Megan, not Toni :).

Molly, however, thanks you for the crayons and the coloring book.

She really can't get enough of it. She spend much of her day coloring now.

Megan Smiling Sleeping

When Megan is awake she's usually a pretty happy baby.  She lets us know when she needs something, but we can get a smile out of her pretty often.

Of course when she's not doing all of that, it's time for a nap!

Kids Laughing

If the sound of kids laughing makes you smile, you need to see this.  If it's like nails on a chalkboard, you should probably avoid it.

Molly sure loves this rocking horse at Aunt Kathy's house!

Calvin's Birthday Party

We had a super fun time at Calvin's birthday party.  There were plenty of food, family, and friends.  The chaos during the present opening was a sight to behold.

The backyard funland was a big hit with the kids.

It's Calvin's Birthday!  What better gift than a bunch of Remeikas showing up at your doorstep?

Colleen wants to make it a regular weekly thing to go over to Kathy and Marc's house during the day to let the kids play together.
